Above the Call of Duty 3:45 pm Friday Truck won’t start..... 4 pm.... Tudor Auto accepted my truck for repair... 24/7 Towing dispatched at 4:06pm & No Showed! 2nd Driver dispatched at 5 pm who finally loaded my truck at 6:20 pm! Tudor Auto waited until 6:45pm for me! .... Normally closes at 6 pm! Truly Amazing Customer Service Plus.... truck diagnosed & ready for pickup Monday 10 am! Tudor Auto Rocks!!!

My wife, after some funny noises were heard on our car, took the vehicle to this shop. Her experience (as told me after the fact) was amazing. 1. The manager took time to thoroughly explain the car and situation to her. 2. They followed through in fixing the vehicle in the time that they said it would be fixed. 3. When my wife's phone was dying, they found her a charger to put some juice back into the phone. 4. They were very affordable. No hidden or unforeseen fees tacked on. She also mentioned that she had the opportunity to observe several other customers come and go. She said that the treatment of the customers were just as good as the service she received. One customer even said they'd been coming here for years and they've always been treated well.

Loved my appointment and time at Tudor. They were fair, pleasant to talk to, and just genuinely took the time to explain what was happening with my car.
