Winter of 2015 during a cold snap my BMW 540i blew a coolant hose. This was after hours, so I had it towed there and put my key in the drop box. By mid-day they had it diagnosed and repaired and for a reasonable fee. Thanks! - Justin

These guys are great. I initially chose them due to their proximity to my office but kept going because of the great service and reasonable prices. After a few years with them servicing my car I went to sell it. They had documented all the repairs and service in Carfax which increased the price of my vehicle to $1,550 over blue book. In the end, I got top dollar for my car and Joe even took the time to talk to the prospective seller about the condition of the vehicle. I will keep going back.

I had a transmission failure on my 2001 4runner and I got handed off and treated poorly between two supposedly good transmission shops in town before I took it into Tudor Auto. Joe and Vern got me right in that night and had the transmission out the next day to be sent to their preferred Transmission rebuild shop. I ended up having to have it rebuilt (it grenaded). There was a critical part that had failed on the transfer case that alone was $900 and in Seattle. Joe used his magic and found a low mileage used one to save me the time and money. When they got the transmission back, they had it installed in no time and added a transmission cooler to help prevent future failures. They were incredibly knowledgable and fixed up my rig in pretty short order considering. They probably saved me well over $1500 than the dealer would have charged me. Its a family biz and it feels like one and they treat you like family. It is not one of those shops that are just trying to rip you off. They're top notch and pro and friendly. Finding a good mechanic and shop can be challenging. I feel like I lucked out by finding these folks.
