I had a transmission failure on my 2001 4runner and I got handed off and treated poorly between two supposedly good transmission shops in town before I took it into Tudor Auto. Joe and Vern got me right in that night and had the transmission out the next day to be sent to their preferred Transmission rebuild shop. I ended up having to have it rebuilt (it grenaded). There was a critical part that had failed on the transfer case that alone was $900 and in Seattle. Joe used his magic and found a low mileage used one to save me the time and money. When they got the transmission back, they had it installed in no time and added a transmission cooler to help prevent future failures. They were incredibly knowledgable and fixed up my rig in pretty short order considering. They probably saved me well over $1500 than the dealer would have charged me. Its a family biz and it feels like one and they treat you like family. It is not one of those shops that are just trying to rip you off. They're top notch and pro and friendly. Finding a good mechanic and shop can be challenging. I feel like I lucked out by finding these folks.
Brought one of the company vehicles in with a splash guard hanging down and they fixed it within minutes. Very helpful and friendly over e-mail, phone and in person.
Had a good experience with this shop: Didn't have to wait a week to get the truck in, the guys were friendly, and the final cost ended up being under the low-end estimate. Will go back here in the future if I need more repairs.
This is a class A shop. The people are fantastic and the service is way above and beyond normal. They are honest and straight forward. Extremely pleased and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone needing service on their vehicle (and have done so).
Took our old loyal 1982 Rabbit to them. Friendly and helpful over the phone. They did the repair and custom built parts that can't be found anymore, quickly and for reasonable price. We'll go there again. Recommended.
Very nice . There open on sat.
